淡江大學外國語文學院英文學系學生英語能力畢業標準檢定規則-中英簡易對照版-Student English Proficiency Test Rules of department of English(Chinese-English comparison)

上傳英語檢定成績單/Upload the English proficiency test transcript

一、不論是否通過本系規定的英語檢定標準，只要考了英語檢定，都請先登入本校的「外語能力檢定登錄暨審核系統」並上傳成績單照片檔以及填寫資料。
Regardless of whether you have passed the English proficiency test set by our department, as long as you have taken the English proficiency test, please log in to the school’s  “System of Registry and Review of Foreign Language Proficiency” first to upload a photo of your transcript and to fill in the information of your test.

二、接著，在此上傳你的英語檢定成績單照片檔：「英文學系學生提交或申請各項資料綜合表單」
Then, upload the photo of your English proficiency test transcript here:  “Students apply or submit various datas form“.

三、最後，系助理會上系統審核。如果你的成績未達到本系規定的標準，可以申請替代課程或重新考一次。
Finally, the assistant will review the result on school’s system. If your result does NOT meet the department’s standards, you can apply for alternative courses or retake the exam.

四、上傳檔案前，請將檔案名稱設定為「學號＋姓名-英檢」（例：411811234王小二-英檢）
Before uploading the photo file, please rename the filename: “student number+name-Proficiency”(e.g. 411811234Nicolas-Proficiency)

提醒/Notice：
沒通過檢定標準的全英班學生，可在四年級下學期以全英語授課的高級英文替代英檢門檻。Students of English-taught program who did not pass the English proficiency test may take the English-taught course “ADVANCED ENGLISH” instead of English proficiency test.
沒通過檢定標準的碩士生或博士生，可以申請在每學期初的加退選期間填寫教務處的申請表以一門課程替代英檢門檻。
Students of master’s or doctoral program who did not pass the English proficiency test may take one course to replace the English proficiency test. It needs to write an application form from the Office of Academic Affairs during the add/drop period in the beginning of every semester.
